Anyone who manages accounts for a living knows the moment. You log in to a client’s ad account from a new place, and the platform asks for a code, a selfie or a week of patience. The account did nothing wrong. Your IP address changed, and to the platform that looks like a stranger.
Agencies, store owners and people who run automation tools hit this wall all the time. A VPN does not help much, because VPN addresses are shared by thousands of users and are easy to recognize. Rotating residential proxies are worse for this job, since the address can change in the middle of a session.
The usual fix is a static ISP proxy, and this review looks at the ones ProxyWing sells. All figures are from the company’s site as of October 2026.
What an ISP proxy is
An ISP proxy is an IP address that belongs to a consumer internet provider, the kind that connects homes, and is hosted on a server in a datacenter. Websites see a household connection. You get the speed and uptime of a server. The address is yours alone and stays the same for as long as you pay for it.
That combination is why the type is also called static residential. It costs more than a plain datacenter IP and less than a mobile one.
What ProxyWing offers
ProxyWing sells static ISP addresses in 10 countries: the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Germany, France, the Netherlands, Spain, Italy, Australia and Hong Kong. Each address is a dedicated IPv4 with one user per proxy, registered with a major internet provider in that country.
The rest of the spec sheet is short and easy to check:
- Unlimited traffic. You pay per IP, never per gigabyte.
- Network speed listed at 1 Gb/s and above, with a 99.9% uptime guarantee.
- HTTP and SOCKS5, with UDP in most locations.
- Access by login and password or by whitelisting your own IP.
- No identity check. The proxy is issued right after payment.
- An address with a technical fault is replaced by support.
- A REST API for teams that order and manage proxies from code.

Pricing
The price depends on how many addresses you take and for how long. These are the monthly prices for a US address at the time of writing. A few locations differ slightly.
| Number of IPs | Price per IP a month |
| 1 | $3.00 |
| 2 to 5 | $2.20 |
| 10 to 25 | $2.10 |
| 50 to 200 | $2.00 |
| 500 | $1.95 |
| 1,000 | $1.90 |
Paying for 3, 6 or 12 months takes off another 5, 7 or 10 percent, which is where the advertised floor of $1.71 comes from. Payment works by card, Klarna, UPI or cryptocurrency.
How does that compare? IPRoyal charges $2.70 for one static residential proxy for 30 days. Decodo sells dedicated ISP addresses in packs of three for $9.99, or $3.33 each. Oxylabs lists $1.50 per IP, but you have to buy a monthly plan that starts at $30. Webshare is the cheapest at $0.30 per proxy, in packages of at least 20. ProxyWing sits in the middle on price, and its ISP proxies stand out on one point: you can buy two or three addresses at $2.20 each with no plan, no minimum and no questions asked.
Who it suits
Agencies with client accounts. Give every client its own address in its own country and keep it for the whole contract. A Facebook, Instagram or Google Ads login that always comes from the same household IP is far less likely to trigger a security check. Since nobody else shares the address, nobody else can spoil its reputation.
Online stores and marketplace sellers. A seller account on Amazon, eBay or Etsy is tied to its login history. A dedicated static IP keeps that history clean, and unlimited traffic means catalog uploads and image-heavy dashboards cost nothing extra.
Designers and developers who check localized sites. If you build a site with regional prices, currencies or redirects, you need to see it the way a visitor in Germany or Australia does. An ISP proxy in that country shows the real result, and it keeps working day after day, so the check can become a routine.
People who run automation and scraping tools. No-code scrapers and workflow tools often have to stay logged in for hours. When the address changes, the session dies and the job starts over. A static IP removes that failure, and a fast unmetered line helps when the tool loads full pages in a browser.
Setup
There is not much to it. You register, pick a country and the number of addresses, choose the billing period and pay. The dashboard then shows each proxy as a host, a port, a login and a password. You paste those into the proxy settings of a browser profile, an anti-detect browser, a scraper or a script. If you prefer not to store passwords, add your office IP to the whitelist and connect without them.
For a team, the API does the same from code: it orders addresses, reads the credentials and manages the whitelist.
What could be better
- No free trial and no refunds. The cheapest test is one address for a month at $3.00.
- Ten countries. That covers the main markets, but the biggest vendors have longer lists. Check that your country is there before you plan around it.
- A single IP costs more than at the bulk sellers. If you need a hundred addresses and nothing else, compare the totals.
- UDP and operating system spoofing are not listed for every location. Look at the product page for the country you need.
Verdict
ProxyWing’s ISP proxies do one job and do it without fuss: a private, fast, static address that looks like a home connection, sold one at a time, with traffic you never have to count. For an agency with a dozen client accounts, a store owner or anyone whose tools need to stay logged in, that is the right kind of product at a fair price. If that sounds like your work, start with two or three addresses from ProxyWing for a month and see how your accounts behave.
FAQ
Is an ISP proxy the same as a residential proxy?
Not quite. Both use addresses that belong to consumer internet providers. A residential proxy rotates through real home devices. An ISP proxy is one fixed address hosted on a server, so it is faster and does not change.
How many accounts can I run on one ISP proxy?
The safe rule is one account per address on each platform. ProxyWing gives each IP to one user, so the history of the address is only what you do with it.
Can I change the country later?
An address is tied to its country. To work in another market you order another proxy there.
What happens if an address stops working?
Support replaces addresses with technical faults. They answer around the clock in live chat, Telegram and Discord.
